Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and especially the pool, which was frequently highlighted as a positive feature. The location was generally considered convenient for visiting Valladolid, though some found it a bit far from the center. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff praised for their helpfulness and others criticized for indifference. The main negative aspect was the breakfast, which many found lacking in variety and quality. Despite some noise issues and minor complaints about room comfort, most guests found the hotel to be a pleasant place to stay.
