The location , the pool , great breakfast and good service in the restaurant
Appalling service on arrival . Receptionist wasn’t there and no knew what they were doing . We were over charged for our room but eventually got a free upgrade after 45 minutes of waiting in the heat with no water or fan . The shower lacks pressure .
Beautiful setting, very relaxed, friendly owner and staff, great food
Everything was great
Location within 10mn walking distance to cathedral and main plaza, kindness of the staff, cleanliness, design, pension style and a luxuriant exotic garden. The owner Dennis is very friendly and cares about everyone. Meet the other guests and share your experiences. Dennis has a passion for geology and will teach you a lot about the history of the area from dinosaurs to Maya civilization.
Everything was perfect
Big and beautiful rooms with unique murals. We loved the huge and comfy bed. Very friendly service as well. The owner gave us a lot of tips on what to do in and around the city. The hotel is at walking distance from the center yet still very peaceful.
Breakfast was ok. Yoghurt, fruits and cereals are included in the room price. You did have to go and ask yourself if you wanted tea, coffee or juice. Staff could have been a bit more proactive.
It’s absolutely squeeky clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, it’s centrally located and quiet (always a bonus in Mexico) and the owner a wealth of local knowledge.
