Well located, with a short five-minute walk to base camp (which stores your boots, poles and skis) and from there, just 20m to the main Gondola.
The rooms are dated, notably the bathrooms. Breakfast is extra which is absurd because there are few other breakfast options in the area. I've never stayed at a ski hotel where you had to pay extra for breakfast. The meals were expensive for what they were.
Everyone there was very helpful and nice and went over and above!
The location is superb. You are bang smack in the middle of Vail village and absolutely convenient for everything within this walkable area. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Valet parking chargeable but again very convenient.
As others have mentioned, our room did overlook the freeway but did not cause us any problems.
Mountain modern design with perfect location, excellent amenities, and friendly professional service team.
Some rooms face the highway, which could be a bit noisy for light sleepers. However, upon request, they switched us to a more peaceful location and that wasn’t an issue.
Top spot in Vail, hands-down
The people and facility are second to none. Perfectly located in th village with access to all the fun. I've stayed at most of the resorts here but I only come back to the Sebastian anymore.
I didn't get to stay long enough.l..

In the residential suites, guests will feel at home. Visitors can choose from a one, two, three, or four-bedroom suite, depending on how many people are in their party. All residential suites have a separate living space, fireplaces, balconies with valley or mountain views and an equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its private bathroom and a flat-screen TV.
