Very good location - just in the opposite of the bus station in unawatuna. 1 min walking distance to the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars around! Big nice clean rooms. Good shower, AC and WiFi! Hosts aber super friendly and welcoming and speak good English! We even stayed a night longer and would’ve stayed even longer if it was possible :) Great accommodation!
Only thing was that there was no mosquito net and we got attacked by a mosquito in the night ... other than that everything was just perfect!

This was our second to last stay of our 3 week trip in Sri Lanka and was our favourite so far! The room was spacious, has great air-conditioning, balcony and the best shower we've had in Sri Lanka! Location is perfect, bus stop outside and less than 5 minutes walk to beach. The family were so welcoming and spoke fantastic English, really lovely people. They couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious offering both traditional Sri Lankan food and Western options with great Coffee. When we left we were given a parting gift which was the icing on the cake. Couldn't recommended staying here enough.

Simply excellent place to stay in Unawatuna. 100 meters until beach. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Shops are around, restaurants not far away. Good shower. Spacious terrace.

Great location near the beach and bus stop. Both Sri Lankan and Continental breakfasts were good. Sam and his family were wonderful hosts with some really nice extra touches such as providing beachtowels.
It is a little noisy by the road, but quietens down after 10
