Cons: Slightly on the expensive side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire property and people
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is extremely rare that a property exceeds my expectations, but this one did. None of the online information is exaggerated, and, if anything is understated. The house sits right by campus. It's on a dead end, but there's a paved alleyway that goes through to Riverside Dr, where you can walk to Campus Dr W. It's about 10 minutes to the Ferguson Center on campus. We were there for orientation and just left the car at the B&B and walked over. It's also by the Ridgecrest housing. The house itself is magnificent, the rooms were properly furnished and apportioned with high-end beddings and linens, bathrobes, as well as a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and a snack basket. The house includes plenty of beautiful common areas to enjoy including a hot tub and covered porch around back. Really nice place, and we'll be back.
Cons: We stayed in the smallest room, and it felt a little cramped. However, it was still big enough and there are far bigger rooms available.

Pros: I was able to check in early. The reception staff on days was amazing. I had a horrible experience at another hotel and had to attend class at the university until 8pm. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Great proximity to the campus.
Cons: The was nothing I did not like about this facility.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Everything was great
7.5 Good
Pros: Great room- spacious and clean
Cons: The toilet made noise all night, loud traffic kept me awake
9.2 Excellent
Pros: See above
Cons: Check in fast since I booked with booking.com. Beds are very comfortable. Room did have a slight musty smell, contribute this to possible "old smoking" floor or room. No worries I always carry a can or air freshener just for this purpose. Nice size bathroom. Walls could use some cosmetic update and patching where door has been hitting. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall an excellent stay and would commend.

Pros: The breakfast is awesome. The rooms clean and the beds are great
Cons: Everything was fine

Pros: Breakfast was well done.
Cons: Getting to the hotel was a nightmare because of road construction and closures. The front desk person was more interested in watching the football game than being welcoming. When we called for directions to the hotel we were not told about the road construction and directed incorrectly.
7.0 Good
Pros: Cleanliness and the staff's commitment to making it a comfortable stay.

Cons: Bugs in the bathroom, phone wasn’t working, iron was broken, all items were not replenished after cleaning, light had to stay on in order to watch TV. Staff at checkout only apologized without trying to make it right

Pros: Very clean.
Cons: My room was not ready at the desire time. The next day they cleaned my room and it took them 3 hours to make up my bed. Coffee was not good but the rest of the breakfast was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room didn't have strong perfume smell. Most motels are killing me with all their air fresheners but this place was nice.
Cons: Breakfast was listed to start by 6 a.m. I got downstairs at 6:05 and the lobby was locked. I took my luggage out to the bus and came back and the lobby door was still locked. I walked around to the side door and got back in and they were just starting to put the food out. Since I had to be at the job site by 6:30 -- I only had time to grab a muffin and leave.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: THE STAFF = AMAZING!
Cons: Loud neighbors!
7.9 Good
Pros: Nothing in particular. The staff was very helpful however.
Cons: I didn't like the price. I didn't like the fact that there was no soap or shampoo other than the squeeze stuff. Very hard to get clean and wash your hair. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Cons: Safe in the room....
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Water cold in shower.
6.7 Good
Pros: Facilities were clean.
Cons: The pool was not in service and this was why I booked this hotel.
6.7 Good
Cons: Paying for breakfast is crazy. I will NEVER stay @ another one of your facilities that charges for breakfast, that’s ridiculous after you have paid an arm & a leg for the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff. So accommodating!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: No pool and phoned and asked if there was a pool and was told there was. I was given the roomkey card to someone else’s room and had the unfortunate experience of walking in with my family on another woman in bed. It took over 30minutes to get another room. No toilet paper in the room. Bathroom floors were sticky and dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very nice and convenient place to stay. It was right off interstate.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The only really good thing about this property was the location.
Cons: We had a maintenance guy barge into our room, granted he apologized but the fact that it happened was unacceptable. We were next to the room where the cleaning staff got their supplies and they were constantly talking loudly and opening and shutting the door to get things which was disturbing when you want to sleep in. We also had a do not disturb sign hanging on the door, yet room service still decided to bang on the door and yell “room service” u till someone woke up to open the door. The all you can eat breakfast ran out of food and people had to wait for the food to come out, sometimes 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and apologetic but for the outrageous price paid for a Hilton, unacceptable!
5.0 Okay
Cons: I didn't like that the staff put me on the end of the hall, where construction workers were working. The construction started before 8 a.m. They was making so much loud noise they woke my babies up so we had to leave early. We did not enjoy the full stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean neat
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good.

Pros: Easy to get in and out. Nice beds.
Cons: They raised from 144.00 to 166.00 on my verification and this was on the second night. I let go then on the bill it was 184.00. There is no reason except greed. I would think the second night would even be cheaper. I have been staying here for 19 year. 2 months ago it was 129.. a night. I am done. Hilton is next door and is always the same rate. Good bye and I will never us expedia again.

7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, it is an older property but it has really been updated. I loved that the floors in the room it didn't have carpet. But overall it was a good stay. I wouldn't stay for more than a few days at a time. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice and if you had a problem with anything they fixed it right way no questions asked. Overall I would stay again.
Cons: Smell in the room was musty, also there wasn't a elevator so if you have a handicap then you will need to request a room on the first floor.

Pros: The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very helpful
Cons: The pool was green so I did not swim at all. The bathroom and the shower were quite small, and the toilet seat was broken when we arrived. There weren’t any towels in the room when we arrived. Basically you’re getting what you pay for.

Pros: It was nice and clean. The service at the front desk was excellent.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was wonderful as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was awesome and super friendly. Breakfast was great with fruit, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, pastries, yogurt, etc. Our room was super clean and we had plenty of everything we needed. In a great location, close to many places to eat, shop, the university. Felt safe. Great stay and will stay again.
Cons: While having pet friendly rooms is amazing, I wasn't aware I would be placed next door to one. When their dogs started barking at 11 p.m. at night and all the next morning, it was very annoying and it woke me up a few times. Won't stop me from staying again, but will request a room away from pets if possible.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location, staff, and breakfast is what makes this hotel great...especially if you're travelling in for football games! The hotel is right next to the mall which offers a shuttle to the stadium and is also very close to the main streets, food, Target, UA, and downtown. We were upgraded with no charge to a suite, which was very helpful as we were travelling with a baby! Very friendly and hard working staff! The breakfast was good with a lot of options - we didn't feel a need to hurry to get down in fear of them running out or to go out for breakfast somewhere because of lack of food options. Free parking was also a plus!
Cons: I may be a bit of a hotel snob, and I definitely wiped down the entire room with Clorox wipes and Lysol before unpacking (I do this at most places), but after I cleaned up a bit, I was totally comfortable! There was some dust and the tissue holder in the bathroom was broken (with no tissue in it) but that wasn't a big deal as we had no real use for the tissue. It was just visually unappealing to have a hole on the side of the bathroom wall. The electrical sockets in the bathroom did not work, which was an inconvenience for blow drying hair and using the straightener, etc. There aren't electrical sockets by the beds, so bring a really long cord for any electronics you use at night time or just put them away!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check In was nice and easy. We got complementary popcorn and waters for our children to take to the room. They loved that
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Large dead or dying cockroach in bathroom in the am when I woke up.

Pros: It was clean.
Cons: The manager turned down my services because I stay local in town. She informed us stating we can’t check in unless we tell her why we wanted to stay.

Pros: Close to the university and shopping
Cons: Subpar coffee and breakfast

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, room very comfortable and clean, everything we needed. One night only on our way to New Orleans.
Cons: nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: I left a wireless mouse in the room. I called later that evening and they told me they found it. They kept it at the front desk for two weeks until I came back to get it. When I got there and asked, the lady at the counter knew exactly what I was talking about and knew exactly where it was. I appreciate that.
Cons: I had a room directly in front of a wall I think. It was inward toward the pool and on a corner. Not a big deal just felt very secluded. No problems or negative issues with the room itself

Pros: Staff was extremely pleasant. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Is an older facility. Remodeling was good but there's only so much you can do. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. I think that's required. Room was a little small and nothing but a desk chair to sit on.
