The room was clean. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. They helped us with information about everything. Breakfast was very nice. Nearby you have the bus. If you walk for 10-15 minutes you have the train and the tram that go for the center of the city.
The street was noisy (cars and buses passing by, people talking). Only a few restaurants and small markets nearby (walking for 5 minutes). If you want to try different restaurants and go to a supermarket, you have to walk for 10-15 minutes.

The staff were amazing; super helpful, friendly and nice. They answered all my questions, ordered me taxis, and even let me stay until 4 in the afternoon for a small fee. It was very quiet, even though I was sleeping during the morning and early afternoon. The room itself was clean with everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was great.
The location ended up being not ideal, but it's not too bad.

Staff were absolutely brilliant, the room was large, quiet and comfortable, and we particularly liked the vending machine that sold wine and beer!
Slightly out of the way from the main city centre, however there was a train centre only a 5 minute walk away.
