Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport and explore the city. Many also appreciated the spacious rooms and, in some cases, the friendly and helpful staff. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, ongoing renovations, and inconsistent service, particularly regarding housekeeping and amenities like towels. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others disappointed by the variety and quality. Overall, the location and room size stood out as the main positives, while cleanliness and service need improvement.
