The whole staff and service was great at the property. When we checked in at the front desk the first person we met was Rome. He was overly helpful and gave a first-class experience upon check-in.
Nothing, wonderful property the hummingbird trail is a great experience.
The facility and grounds are wonderful, and feels as if it is far away from town. Room furnishings could use an upgrade. Upon check out, I was informed that I would be charged a resort fee per person. Not a lot, $10, but I was not informed of this on check in.
Our second room was okay.
First room was very noisy from room above.
This facility is a great desert escape for a few days. We did not use many of the amenities as we were visiting family for the most part. However, the room was satisfactory with the exception of exterior noise.
We had a lower level room that gave us the priveledge of hearing every footstep and conversation from the upper room. Additionally, the entry doors need some major soundproofing; every time someone came to their room, it was as if they were standing in our room holding a conversation. Finally, there was an oily substance on the powder room counter that was never removed during our three days at the facility. The counter likely needs replacement.
Great location and spacious rooms with a view
Loved the great big room, and that there were two sinks in the bathroom. The hotel accommodated our dog and put us in a lovely first floor room that lead right onto the walking path for easy access to the outdoors. Food was also great! We will definitely be back!
The patio area could use some TLC.
Great deal for a staycation
The grounds were pretty with a lot of activities available like tennis, basketball, volleyball and swimming. There is a trail that goes around the resort that can be used for walking or jogging. The room was spacious and comfortable. Food was reasonably priced.
Some of the buildings had a dated 80's look from the outside. There was a badly peeling sofa in our room.
Loved the grounds and the pools!
Nice resort. Comfortable rooms.
Pool not clean. Staff needs training.
Great views of city and mountains
Rooms need upgrades
Accommodating staff, beautiful desert environment, close to restaurants, city events, and desert hiking trails. Enjoyed a most pleasant stay.
Noisy room location that was willingly changed for us upon our request.
The beauty of nature
Being in a spot so well taken care of with great views everywhere you look, the perfume of flowers and the song of birds is wonderfully relaxing. The staff is very friendly as well.
Lighting in the room could be better.
no sales pitch! hooray
I love the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I love that no one pushed us into a sales meeting like so often happen at Wyndham resorts.
There was a bit of dog hair (cat hair? on the floor of the unit...like it had not been vacuumed thoroughly in between guests.
The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Would stay again!
