Location was very nice. Pool was nice. Grill buffet was excellent. Like the cinnamon rolls:)
The location is great.
Our room was on the lower floor and like a concrete cave. It was dark with little outlook. Even the mobile phone reception could not get to the room. We stayed 5 nights and sheets should have been changed after 3 nights but no luck.
Great Pool and bar staff along with amenities. Large rooms. Very Quiet.
Stone floors are beautiful but very hard to walk on. Especially with heels or if you’re elderly.
Great views of the Catalina’s and the city. We had a city view and it was lovely looking over the valley and seeing all the city lights at night. During the day we spent time by the pool, walking up to the waterfall and sitting in the Lounge enjoying the space and views of the Catalina’s. (The Brussels sprouts with fennel chorizo and agave were delicious!!) Although the hotel was sold out and there were multiple conferences the room was quiet. Loved the large balcony too!
At Bill’s Grill, a 20% tip is automatically added to your tab. That makes sense when the tab includes table service, but when the tab is only for 2 beers purchased at the bar from the bartender it seems a bit much.
