Dirty, stinky room with unclean linens. Incredibly rude staff who advised customers to bring their own linens if they want clean ones "because the price is already cheap". Do not recommend. Complete waste of time and money!
Everything is worse
1. the location is near to downtown.
1. Staff behaviours was rude. 2. Rooms are too small as they appear in the photos.. so don’t get spammed. 3. Lobby is too narrow. 4. I was charged of $25 CAD just because I forgot my room key inside the room. 5. Bedsheets are smelly and uncleaned. 6. No kitchen was provided.
It was clean, check in was quick and easy.
Kitchen wasn’t a kitchen, no appliances. Showers and bathrooms are externally small but usable. No English speaking workers. No front desk or anyone to actually speak too. Any contact with people is via text messaging.
Everything. Scariest place ever. Not sure if their check in process is even legal. The workers do NOT speak any English, they yell at you to do things and you have no clue what they are talking about. They go and take pictures of your id on their cell phone. To check in, they have the sketchiest process ever!! Be careful before you book to stay here! Go anywhere else!!! Don’t make the same mistake that we made!
