Pros (+) The room was clean and was located on the same floor as the hotel front desk. It was also near the breakfast room. Our room has a pretty decent view of the city and Spadina Avenue more specifically. Being that we were there for a concert at the Horseshoe Tavern, the location was ideal. If you’re going to Toronto to shop down Queen Street, this place is good for that as well.
Cons (-) Being that this place gives off an air of a budget hotel it was no surprise that the parking garage smelled of urine and there was someone sleeping under a stairwell near the elevator. The hotel is in a building that also houses cheap shopping. Crappy stores selling junk from China. The smells that are derived from the Shoppes isn’t pleasant.
