Cons (-) Very small rooms. NO PARKING. well, there is a couple of spots ON THE STREET , yet they still charge you $11 Dollars for parking on the street.
Pros (+) The place was newly renovated and was clean and like an actually big name hotel.
Cons (-) The fact that Kayak listed their price $10 cheaper than other websites but when you went to kayak’s website they had the same price as everyone else. Rooms were smaller. And we could only get the room on the main floor

Pros (+) We had never stayed overnight in Toronto, but the staff and management at the Royal Oak Inn made our trip easy by giving us helpful tips on parking and exchanging money while in Canada. Additionally, the rooms were modern and comfortable -- reminding me of European-style hotels -- trendy and convenient in all the good ways. It is in an older, diverse neighborhood, easily navigable to Church Street...
Cons (-) This is not a criticism, but there is no elevator, so don't over pack.
