Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as some convenient amenities like 24/7 tea and coffee and good public transport access. However, many reviews highlighted significant concerns about the hotel's location, describing the surrounding area as unsafe and frequented by drug users and homeless individuals. Cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple mentions of unclean rooms, bedbugs, mold, and noise. Safety concerns and discomfort with the neighborhood were frequently cited, making the overall experience negative for many guests despite some positive service interactions.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Very small rooms. NO PARKING. well, there is a couple of spots ON THE STREET , yet they still charge you $11 Dollars for parking on the street.
Pros (+) The place was newly renovated and was clean and like an actually big name hotel.
Cons (-) The fact that Kayak listed their price $10 cheaper than other websites but when you went to kayak’s website they had the same price as everyone else. Rooms were smaller. And we could only get the room on the main floor
