Staff was very friendly and courteous. Good breakfast on 14 th floor with view.
Could improve the concierge service for foreigners.
Nice toiletries and cool blind operation
Rooms were a little noisy from trains and breakfast a bit different. Servers a bit inconsistent and struggled to make a pot of tea with milk
Extremely polite and helpful staff. Great rooms, smart layout and good size. Very central location. Would come back again!
Nothing, all good
I just didn't like that I requested for an early check-in coz i had a red eye flight going to tokyo and I will check-out early also when i leave but they didn't grant my request. I had to sleep in the lobby couch till my friends wake up and let me crash in their couch.
Unbelievable courtesy and assistance from all the staff we encountered in our three day stay for the Rugby World Cup. Without being prompted they took the trouble to print out the directions to our next stop and made lengthy enquires about the joining instructions for our forthcoming b cruise. They identified that it was going from a different terminal from the one we thought was planned and saved us several stressful hours. Very impressive. We would certainly stay again!
