Pros (+) Very kind staff, very accommodating to American (English speaking) travelers. Fantasatic breakfast options. Several great restaurants on property. Easy to get to subway and train.

Pros (+) I liked that the hotel served mainly individuals on business. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. There are some great restaurants in the hotel and a great a garden.
Cons (-) A tour of the hotel would be great since it's such a big place. It took me until the end of the trip to figure out how to get around easier.
