The location is about a 10 -15 minute walk to tokyo station and closer for the Ginza metro or shimbashi if you have a jr pass. Somehow we were put in a smoking room, i think it was an error on agoda that showed up as Small deluxe room was actually smoking deluxe room. When we switched, we were in a Japanese style room which was fantastic and actually felt larger than the western style rooms with everything low and a bit less cluttered feeling. The room felt larger than some of the other business hotels we stayed at. The reception is on the 2nd floor. Everything went well.
The bathroom feels a little dated but is perfectly clean and with all the bidet functions etc common with Japanese bathrooms. The breakfasts are a tad expensive at $22 but there are a lot of convenin e s
I changed dates but your website could not reflect new pricing on site. You should have fixed
The hotel location is very convenient in the heart of the Ginza shopping district. The hotel does have a small modern lobby with free coffee and espresso for the guests.
The are rooms are relatively small. Only smoking rooms were availbable upon check in.
Everything is ok. Very nice personal, placement is convinient for shopping and city walking.
too small rooms.
Great location! Good price
+ great location
-breakfest was not worth the price, in Ginza you can get much better and tastier food for the same price;- you had to pay for whole stay directly at checking in, not polite at all; - no closet in room; -no fresh air in room as windows are locked;
Compact, well presented business hotel well located in the middle of Ginza. Close to Shimbashi JR station is a good base for business in Tokyo at an affordable price
The location was perfect, the staff were very helpfull and the free internet was much appreciated.
