Pros (+) Traditional Japanese size hotel room, however the newly renovated facility and location to everything in Roppongi make up for it.
Cons (-) The bed was like your traditional stiff Asian bed. Other than that, the room/bathroom was great!

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. Cleanliness receives positive remarks, and some guests appreciate the modern style and amenities. However, many reviews highlight the very small room sizes, which can be uncomfortable, especially for two people or with large luggage. Service is a common point of criticism, with several guests dissatisfied with the infrequent cleaning and lack of proactive staff assistance. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the city, but room size and service may not meet everyone's expectations.AI-generated from customer reviews
