Took reservation but didn't have any cars. According to the other rental places, this is VERY common for Budget in Santorini. Used another rental service (Greek) called Avance. Professional, helpful, friendly. Paid a little more but well worth it. Never again with Budget.

It was great! They were so helpful, our car worked out great, and the pickup and drop off were so easy!
The first car had broken windshield wipers. The second car did not have a working phone charger. The third car front screen was broken and they wanted to charge me an “upgrade” fee for a car that actually worked. The fourth car had the fewest issues and ALL the cars were filthy. In addition, the car insurance I purchased from Kayak was not accepted and they said should I have an issue I’d have to pay and be reimbursed by the third party insurance. Given the number of issues we found (because we are very detailed in looking at cars and documenting) I thought it would be wise to get their insurance which was three times higher priced. This place needs to immediately do maintenance on their vehicles and minimally wash them.
Had to put a second driver because they needed a fisical credit card and charged cleaning when we returend the car (the price was cheap) but these side charges are always annoying
They lost our reservation, didn’t give us the car we reserved (we reserved a four door midsize, we got a two door two seat mini). The car had multiple scratches all over it, and only 1/3 of a tank of a gas. Stay away.

Pickup and dropoff were a breeze. Very easy and friendly staff. My only complaint is the car's check engine light was on and the car's fuel level was on empty.

Caldera subleases cars from Sunrise rent a car, another company in Santorini. There is no agency at the airport but, rather, an employee of the company waits for you at the arrivals area and takes you to your car in the parking lot.
Difficult to find the dollar location. Nobody at the counter during pickup. Had to wait for sometime and called the number on the door. During drop off the fuel gauge did not show the full reading. The attendant asked me to refill despite the gas tank being completely full , only to find that the guage had to be retuned by disconnecting and connecting the battery.
