Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviews mentioning positive experiences with reception and security. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, pests, and poorly maintained bathrooms. The location receives mixed feedback, with some finding it pleasant and others noting its distance from the city center. The pool and room size are mentioned, but opinions are divided, and some facilities were closed or required extra payment. Overall, while service stands out positively, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
