Cons (-) A non-smoking room is a non-smoking room. Room was permeated with cigarette smoke. Entire property is run down. Needs major update. Pool has rust stains throughout. Hasn’t been remarcited since built. (1970s?)
Pros (+) I had a kitchenette, rooms were available at 330pm
Cons (-) Floors were dirty, towels were missing,very noisy all night, I've stay at the location several times because of price and location but I have found roaches in room and shower and was bitten by something after sitting on the top covers of bed.

Cons (-) There were multiple bugs in my bed. When I change the rooms, that room had a water drip on the bed. My entire bed was damp or night. Not good.

Pros (+) the toilet bowl was not clean /no soap in the shower the second day they could have left the one i opened the first day it would been ok
Pros (+) The rooms appear to be recently renovated, with new flooring, towel holders, etc. Also, the reception guy was very friendly, very well-trained, and switched one of our rooms when we had a serious problem.
Cons (-) One of our rooms had dozens of german cockroaches on the floor, both living and dead. There was also a cockroach crawling across one of our beds. I also didn't like the fact I had to pay for WiFi. Finally, the "guests" in the other rooms we saw were very unsavory folk. I got the feeling that this motel was a cheap way to manage their drug-dealing operations.
Pros (+) I liked that they gave me back my money after I went into the room and almost threw up.
Cons (-) The room had a putrid smell of cigarettes that were put out in soiled baby diapers and left all around the room. I honestly have never smelled such a disgusting odor in any hotel I have ever been into.
