Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) A non-smoking room is a non-smoking room. Room was permeated with cigarette smoke. Entire property is run down. Needs major update. Pool has rust stains throughout. Hasn’t been remarcited since built. (1970s?)

Pros (+) I had a kitchenette, rooms were available at 330pm
Cons (-) Floors were dirty, towels were missing, very noisy all night, I've stay at the location several times because of price and location but I have found roaches in room and shower and was bitten by something after sitting on the top covers of bed.

Pros (+) Close to FSU
Cons (-) There were multiple bugs in my bed. When I change the rooms, that room had a water drip on the bed. My entire bed was damp or night. Not good.
