It offers the comfort and amenities you would expect in a hotel, including beautifully appointed public areas, thoughtfully detailed guestrooms and dining options. This review does not reflect on the hotel as we never got to stay there. We booked through Kayak only to find out after getting their confirmation we actually did not have a reservation at the hotel and they were booked. The rooms were not clean or ready for check in. Apparently, cleaning staff had not come in. Manager did promise to refund cancellation.

Pros (+) Pillows were comfortable. The poor stressed staff tried but they had huge obstacles and no manager around to guide them.
Cons (-) Our first indication of a problem was when we arrived and they said no rooms were ready (at 4:45pm)? Then we took a very suspect elevator to our room to find there was NO LIGHT in the bathroom. We were tired & ready to shower from the trip. Had to use our phone lights. Pros (+) Paid $78. Great value. Under renovation. Worked on elevator while we were trying to sleep. Caulk where it didn't belong. Looks like it was just finished. Laminate flooring coming up.

Cons (-) Room was old and out of date. No hot water the second morning. Woke up to false fire alarm. Breakfast buffet should be included in price of room. Not worth the money paid :(

Pros (+) Very comfortable bed.
Cons (-) There were hand towels but no bath towels provided. When I called the front desk to request some I was told they were understaffed and I needed to go up front to pick them up. Our tissue box was completely empty upon arrival so I left it out for housekeeping to replace... they did not. Other than these issues, the staff was friendly and our stay was fine.
