Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive service, traditional Japanese meals (both breakfast and dinner), and the spaciousness of the rooms. Many enjoyed the authentic experience, including the onsen and tatami rooms. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable and noted issues with room cleanliness or outdated facilities. The location, while peaceful, was sometimes considered inconvenient due to distance from the town center or limited transport. Overall, the positive aspects, especially the staff and food, made for a memorable stay.
