Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel staff for their friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating service, often describing them as the highlight of their stay. The location is generally considered convenient, especially for access to the Ximending area, though a few note it is a bit farther from the main attractions or train stations than expected. Cleanliness receives frequent positive mentions, with rooms and bathrooms described as clean and comfortable. While the hotel is noted to be older and some facilities are dated, most guests find the value for price reasonable. Some negatives include issues with noise, Wi-Fi, and accessibility due to stairs, but these do not outweigh the positive experiences for most guests.
