The room was fine. It was much more basic than the website pictures looked. It was clean. I was very disappointed with the front desk staff. The booked rate said king or double. It would not let me specifically choose but because the booking said king I thought I could request king upon check in. The front desk assigned me to a double and told me there was nothing they could do and told me to call...

Pros (+) The restaurant was wonderful!
Cons (-) Our bathroom floor was not cleaned very well- there was a lot of hair from the previous guest and it was everywhere as well as the sink. Easily swept away if the time was taken. An oversight I understand but felt the need to mention it

Cons (-) Lied to by staff regarding their nonexistent airport shuttle Rooms were uncomfortably cold upon arrival Front desk was inconsistently staffed, often concierge on duty would sit in a corner so upon first glance it would appear empty
