*Breakfast - no variety at all - every morning was the same not too much to choose from *Bed- was very hard/didn’t get a good sleep *Price - very high and irrelevant to a service we have received- not a good value for a service we have received at all *Free Wi-Fi- have difficulties with and most of the time there wasn’t any connection at all as promised in the contract we have signed up for *The room has a very stinky smell of an old house and an unhealthy musty smell *Management- very rigid and no flexibility at all

Property was clean, breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Room was light and spacious, bathroom clean.
Bed was very hard, traffic noise from outside was bad especially early morning buses.

The staff exceed expectations. Very nice and informative about transportation and tourist places.
The staff is only available in the morning. If you need something in the afternoon or night is complicated reach them. After I talked with the manager she said that we need to ring the main thidoor (we didn't know)

Well organised and the staff/owner very friendly and helpful. The premises were very clean and everything worked well. Newspapers in the lounge a plus. Good quality yoghurt nice to see.
Some quality muesli would be nice. The mass brand packet cereals are hygienic, but not endearing. Some fresh fruit salad would be great.
