Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, making it easy to explore Sydney's attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly and helpful, and many guests enjoyed the breakfast offerings. However, noise from the bar and surrounding area was a significant issue for several guests, especially late at night. Cleanliness and value were generally appreciated, though some found the facilities dated and the stairs challenging. Overall, the hotel's charm, atmosphere, and service stood out as positives despite some drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
