Pros: This is my go-to hotel in Stuttgart. Situated steps from the main train station, the location is unbeatable. Parking is very easy, but you won't need the car since shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs are all in easy walking distance. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. You can't go wrong with a stay here!

Pros: Nice room. The hotel was very accommodating in reserving the Tesla destination charger for us.

Cons: Not the service one would expect from a 5* hotel. Repeated Housekeeping requests for an iron upon arrival so that we could go for dinner in pressed clothes were not actioned which resulted in us going to dinner very late (in wrinkled clothes). We then had to sit outside for dinner and when the rain started we had to ask to be moved inside. We were offered another table outside under more cover instead. As we moved to that table another member of waiting staff told us we could not sit there because it was not dry. Reluctantly our waitress took us inside, past tables set for dinner, into a cocktail bar where we were sat at a small table not suitable for 4 people to enjoy a full dinner. All of this incurred delay after delay and the kitchen closed without warning resulting in desert not be offered or available when we requested it. We did give the hotel an opportunity to make some recompense on checkout but they merely apologised for the non-arrival of the iron. This, coupled with us seeing numerous mice and 1 rat running amongst the tables whilst seated outside, was not what we expected from a one night stay costing almost €600.

Cons: The charged me the massage spa 90% and I cancelled it. I told them to give me voucher to use it for next time but the manager wasn’t helpful and inflexible .. She was talking not in a good way .. also in the checking in they told me the parking is free and the parked my car when i checked out they charged me 40 euros

Pros: So I picked it for the name because I love airship history. The pictures online looked great and it being right across from Stuttgart main station helped as well. There is more room then I’ve had in most hotels in Europe, lots of storage for clothes, huge bed (even for 2 people). The bathroom is excellent size and very nice as well. As far as location there’s lots of places to eat and shop for your own food and drinks. Very nice walk to old town going by all the shops and restaurants. Front staff was very nice and helped find what turned out to be a very small sports bar about 2 miles away so I could watch F1 qualifying with locals. Also if you are goin there to visit Porsche and Mercedes it being right across from the main station helps a lot cause the train is the cheapest ways to get to each place.

Cons: We informed at check-in we would be parking a car. We ended up stuck in the garages exit. Had to go back to the front desk a second time, to arrange parking.

Cons: The wifi is a ridiculous joke -- very slow, drops constantly, and when I asked the front desk attendant for a room with good service, she put me in the room furthest from the server. I had to stand in the hallway to reconnect, repeatedly.

Pros: This is a great place to stay, for all the amenities it is very well located, tram and bus stops close by for connections to the main station. The hotel is also very well located to the main restaurants and bars. The swimming pool and sauna are also well worth spending some time in, great facilities all round.

Cons: Everything was perfect, for a big hotel it is very well run and staff are very efficient. As it is a big hotel your room may be a couple of lift trips away, but the hotel is so beautiful inside that alone is an interesting.

Cons: Staff was nonchalant and unfriendly. The pool (the main reason for selecting this hotel) was closed as was the parking garage. The rooms were in an outbuilding which had no separate entrance, so the whole time you had to go to a basement level and walk a connecting tunnel to reach the room. There was a black fungus growing in the bathroom. We ended up cutting our stay a day short, no refund of course...

Pros: I like everything about the hotel except there is no one would help to get your laggages from the car to the rooms. The path and the room was clean and comfort.

Cons: The AC was not cold just like the outside temp. Even I asked to fix it, but they bring fan instead of fix it. And the location is not too bad but nothing around it, you have to walk more than 15 mns to the center or using car.

This was despite booking 7 months in advance. However, it was quickly sorted and we were given an upgrade. The room was excellent and the location very handy for where we wanted to go.

Cons: Air conditioning didn't work, so room very warm. At 250 Euros (excluding breakfast) it's ridiculous that you aren't offered free internet access (this is charged separately).

Cons: carpet in the room was very old and dirty in corners, which was surprising because the rest of the hotel was beautiful. The lights in the hall of room were on sensors which was very annoying when they timed out of few seconds.

Cons: The street is extremely loud during the night with cars and trams passing. As it was hot, one either had the choice of a noisy air-condition or windows open and a noisy road. Do ask for a room to the back.
