Cons: At checkout, a lady named Sarah tended to our party and had a horrific attitude. While the hotel had posters around about the parking information, it clearly wasn’t working as there were at least 3 other parties who had to pay 58 euros to get their cars out. When asked how this is fair to the guests who were not told at check in where to park, Sarah insisted that everything was written and we were expected to read the posters and our booking confirmation. When asked if she herself read everything even on Apple iPhone terms and conditions she sarcastically said yes. This is unacceptable. No one told us in person nor any other parties.

Cons: Some stains on the bench in the bedroom, some on the wall in the bathroom. But we forgive, considering that is is probably impossible to remove them. This hotel clearly plays the card of a deliberately contemporary strategy, which is specially obvious in the breakfast room, with its almost ridiculous wheeled tables... One can appreciate... or not... Surely, if you are looking for a rustic, intimate, romantic and totally peaceful place, you have to choose another one. More generally, and as a conclusion, Aloft Hotel deserves rather three than four stars and should cost ten or twenty euros less. But, considering prices and locations of Stuttgart hotels, it remains an acceptable bargain.

Pros: This was an amazing hotel and if I am ever in Stuttgart again I will definately stay. The breakfast amazing! The service amazing! The staff spoke perfect English (my German is horrible!). Location incredible...so close to the train and the main streets. I was here for over a week and EVERY day folks were kind, helpful, and responsive to my various needs.

Pros: Excellent location for the city centre, whether walking or as a base for day trips. Great breakfast buffet. Terrific choice and service. Hotel parking for the hire car was an extra bonus in a city location.
Cons: It was quite noisy at night with cars and late night revellers. May just have been because of the time of year that we stayed, with a lot of people still on holiday.

Pros: Well, The baby bed didn’t work. There wasn’t any spot for the parking, and then I was locked up for 15minutes in the staircase because the room card didn’t work on the staircase to the lobby. To add to the horrible experience the water jammed all the time in the bath and also in the sink of the bathroom. It didn’t feel clean at all. Might be all an incident but at night there is lack of staff because I was calling the reception desk for more than ten minutes whilst I was locked in the staircase.

Cons: There are homeless alcoholic people living in these dormitories with whom you might end up sharing the room. One of them vomited inside the bathroom and the entire room smelled bad for two nights that I stayed there. The beds in dormitories are not numbered as well and people have to choose their own bed. After leaving the room after first night when I came back for the second night, someone just threw away my stuff from the bed and took my bed which is so not the way it is supposed to be done. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they want to have their own room but then it's even more expensive in that case.

The staff is friendly and helpful, I had room N°32 which was nice, side by side with stairs, there are other rooms in a corridor isolated from the stairs by a door, good value of materials in the room, with enough space, sofa, table, television LED with many local German speaking channels, light is relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable :-) the room was on the other side of the small street in an other building but very clean, with a lift, The location is perfect for going in the city center, with many restaurants, bars, shops, Lidl, etc...

Pros: Hotel is located in a street which ends with a building, so there are not a lot of cars as on a main street. The staff is friendly and helpful, I had room N°32 which was nice, side by side with stairs, there are other rooms in a corridor isolated from the stairs by a door, good value of materials in the room, with enough space, sofa, table, television LED with many local German speaking channels, light is relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable :-) the room was on the other side of the small street in an other building but very clean, with a lift, The location is perfect for going in the city center, with many restaurants, bars, shops, Lidl, etc...
Cons: We heard some noise from the street due to windows that are not enough insulated, but the street has not a lot of passage, so at the end it was a little bit disturbing but not too much, more disturbing was the low temperature in the room due to not working of warming system during the night, as we were there in december.

Cons: The room furniture was very old but was fine but it was really disgusting insects were in the room. We killed a spider and 4 insects in the night and in the morning more came. We had booked 2 nights and we left after the first and couldnt stay another night. Staff was nice but to be honest its one of my worst stays.

Cons: The doors could use some soundproofing, we had noisy neighbors and had a sleepless night. The people that return to their room and yell in the corridors will keep you awake in the night. We were unlucky to have them in the room across and they yelled and kept laughing all night.

Cons: The girl of reception was not happy.... So sad for that. And she wouldn't like to give us any suggestion on the restaurant near the hotel or anything else. There's little space for our luggage and the tv doesn't function well. The night is cold and water of the room is cold too. What's more, I've paid many times with the discount of genius on booking in the past. While with this hotel, when I was going to pay, it's the price with discount, but only after I've paid, I received a receipt of a price without discount. I tried 3 times and it was the same result.
