Pros: Loved the room. The design is minimalist but light and modern. Bright accents are perfectly suitable. The shower gave and expression of a space ship :) + The staff was very welcoming and polite although we were checking in very late (we notified the property about that). They were waiting for us and made the procedure of checkin simple and neat. + The room exceeded my expectations it was light and comfy. + The location was great too, about 2 minutes close to the U-Bahn station and about 15-20 minutes to S-Bahn station. And it is in the new part of Stuttgart with astonishing modern architecture. The famous library is very close to the hotel!

Pros: This is my go-to hotel in Stuttgart. Situated steps from the main train station, the location is unbeatable. Parking is very easy, but you won't need the car since shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs are all in easy walking distance.

Cons: Breakfast starts at 06.30 which is a bit late for such a big hotel and there is no alternative. The doors remain locked and they vacuum clean the waiting area. Not a problem of course if you have time. The breakfast itself is VERY good. The restaurant which was open had only very limited choice, less even than the in-room menu. The quality was excellent. I had a superior room which was not very big.

This time I have got the worst room I ever stayed in this hotel with an uncomfortable bed (still have back pain) . When I asked for a solution I got the upgrade posibility for 43 EUR Per night while online it have been 25 EUR and during the check in time the same upgrade cost have been 35 EUR Per night...Its difficult to understand such kind of behavior. Last time I stayed here there were some problems but I considered that it is a isolated situation...

Pros: Amazing hotel for the price, great gym and pool and sauna area. The rooms are updated and nice bathtub with newer and high-tech shower.
Cons: The problem is the internet, probably runs at 3% of the speed that a 4 star hotel should run. Another thing problematic is the long distance you need to walk between the entrance and the rooms it can take you a few minutes if you are not very athletic.

Cons: Unfortunately room facing the street and on sunday night it was very noisy until 3;30 am and cleaning cart passing 3 times. We were in the annexe so i do not know if it is due to windows but certainly a room facing back would have been very beneficial.

Cons: The whole hotel was extremely hot, including the bedrooms. We found it stifling in the middle of winter and had to open windows to be able to sleep, We checked the radiators but they were all off so the heat must have been coming from elsewhere, so we slept with the window open. Pillows very flat and duvet only just covered the bed. There was a kettle but we did not detect any tea/coffee making facilities - perhaps it was away in a drawer? We felt the breakfast at E12.90 was rather expensive.

Cons: this is my second time staying at the hotel. the previous time was quieter, or my neighbours weren't making so much noise. this time, there were lots of people talking at the corridors, even in the middle of the night (for both nights). I also think I got an older bathroom this time.

Cons: rooms dirty ,the step up in to shower was very high ,dangerous steping down after the shower ,breakfast was like rubber .Staff not a bit helpful .i emailed to cancel a room before i travelled but gt no reply ,so i was assured on arrival the room was cancelled free ,but i was charged when i got home .The hotel said i was never given free cancelation even after booking.com ringing they stil refused to refund the money .we had 3 hired cars and were told there was parking on arriving late with kids we were told to measure our car ,in the dark then was told it was too big to fit in the parking space so we had to park on the street and put tickets on every 2 hours .we were told there was a bar and restaurent there was not ..no bar at all only a vending machine ,and no where to get lunch or dinner just breakfast that was like rubber . staff very unhelpful overall .i would not return to this hotel

It was important to stay not far from the train station and have a convenient airport connection. Since I didn't have any luggage, it was a pleasant walk from the train station--less than 20 minutes (it's also one S-Bahn station away). An S-Bahn station Stadtmitte with the direct connection to the airport is just around the corner. It's a simple, no-thrills hotel but it's clean, pleasant and quite cosy. A vending machine in the lobby has great Riesling and the tap water is delicious. Wi-Fi worked ok, I had a TV, because of early departure I didn't get to check out breakfast options. Because the hotel is quite centrally located it was easy to walk around the city center, find places to eat, cinemas and museums.
