Very nice generous room with fridge and real milk.Free secure parking and easy to find.Air conditioning.
Found breakfast a little disappointing.Both had full English, I opted out of black pudding and egg, but still only had half a tomatoe ,one small mushroom,two rashers of bacon and a pink sausage.My wife had a lot more on her plate,but hey ho,I'm not a jealous bitter person.Didn't quite manage to master the "conveyor toaster" to provide reasonable toast, but I could put that down to my lack of technical expertise.

The location and overall opulence of the hotel was very good, all the staff we met were friendly, polite and attentive.
The boutique nature of this hotel does mean a lot of noisy floors an excessive amount of stairs and a maze of corridors. The room in which we stayed was beautifully presented, just a little attention to cobwebs hanging above the bed highlighted by the morning sun.

Excellent Hotel which exceeded our expectations , superb ambience , room and service were great. The breakfast was tasty and the quality and quantity of the food was superb. The variety of breakfast items was exceptional and the best we've had yet on our many hotel stays. Staff were so pleasant ,friendly and helpful and catered for your every need. Had a brilliant evening meal in the hotel restaurant which was equally as good as the breakfast experience.

The staff were absolutely excellent, all were courteous and helpful. A special mention to those in the bar and restaurant. Hotel so convenient for the town, theatre, park everything immediately to hand.
Our only slight disappointment was the small amount of comfortable seating. Due to a group booking the lounge off of the reception area was not available. The bar being right in the restaurant provides very little additional seating.
