Location was fantastic, staff very helpful, especially the young man who looked after our car. Breakfast excellent.
We were in the annexe, room was a little warm but a fan was provided so it was bearable.
Accommodation and breakfasts were excellent...
The location you couldn’t get any better. It’s in the middle of the town. Everything is walkable. The room is lovely bed very comfy. Breakfast was great can’t fault anything. Make sure if you have problems walking up stairs you tell Them before booking there are some very steep steps. As it’s such a beautiful old building.
Some rooms are up some steeps steps. But this is expected in an old hotel.
Very good location & facilities Close to everything
Excellent Location Main hotel very nice and great character Staff friendly & helpful Great breakfast choice
First room was in annexed building on Sheep street & this building was very grubby and dirty, both in public stairwells and room cleanliness, we complained and were moved to main building Reasonably happy with this but still decor very very tired and not to expectations for such a nice looking hotel at this price point, tv broken, in room facilities not good on whole. Parking a bit tight but staff were very helpful finding space Wouldn't stay again, Arden & Alveston manor would be choice for next stay in stratford
