Great location for a short walk into Stratford. The little extras made the stay very welcoming. Gary and Sally were a lovely couple who value their home and like others to respect that too. Gary goes "above and beyond" when you arrive and is more than informative to your needs, nice touches in the room such as mini fridge and biccies.
Nice hosts, nice beds
We had a very warm welcome and the host was extremely helpful and friendly without being invasive. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. When the host discovered we were vegan a box of vegan friendly treats were placed in our room to replace the jar of complimentary biscuits available, it was a very thoughtful touch which we didn’t expect. The guest house is located a short and easy 10 minute walk away from the town centre which was very handy.
The only thing which could have been improved was the shower, which was clean and had free toiletries but was lacking in power. However, everything else was excellent so it really was a minor thing.
Room was clean And all the little touches you expect from more upmarket establishments where there (biscuits, cotton buds etc (am I easily pleased lol ? ) so very happy for the price
Everything except no breakfast which I knew about
Nothing second stay and will do again if in the area
