Pros (+) Staff were nice and hotel is located next to metro. Heat was on and rooms were quiet. However, groceries, restaurants and shops were a walk.
Cons (-) The beds in the bunk bed rooms are the worst. I couldn’t sleep and my back still hurts. Very uncomfortable.

Cons (-) My flight was delayed 2 hours by the time I got my rental car and navigate my 55 min trip I arrived at the hotel and ring the door. The reception person answer as he was still inside but he charged me 200k extra ($32) after he threaten that he could of sell my room already if somebody ask for it and would mark it as no show. Then to fond Pit that the street parking is only till 7 am or the car can...
