Rooms were too small ... by small I mean very small. The distance between two beds was soo little that you had to sit on bed by walking sideways ( like a crab ) . Otherwise it is good hostel . Good kitchen, WiFi , Toilets and cooperative staff.
Good location.. make sure u ger password when u go there...
kitchen was dirty.. i saw some asian ppl and they put all noodle in basin
24/7 coffee dispenser. Bed sheets were provided. There was dishwasher and fridge and basic cutleries. Salt, sugar, etc.
I stayed for three nights. The first night upon arrival I saw two guys laying on my bed. They didn’t put on the bed sheets because they knew it wasn’t their bed. They were just laying without bedsheets on. I stayed in 6-people dorm and somehow we were 8 people in total even though there were only 6 beds. There was a Syrian family of 4 (two of which I mentioned earlier was laying on my predefined bed), but they rented only two beds. So they slept two people in each single beds. I don’t know how the hostel allowed this to happen. The kitchen was always dirty. People never washed their dishes, just left them in the sink. There was a sign that said no alcohol in the property but some men were drinking beers in the lobby at night when the receptionist wasn’t there. Second night of my stay two men slept in the sofa lobby overnight. The shower in room 1 was broken. Water kept spilling not from the hose but along the pipe. Towel was NOT provided. I emailed the property a few weeks before my arrival but nobody responded. Just bought cheese and put it in the fridge one night, the next morning somebody ate half of it. Overall, I wouldn’t stay in this place again. During my three nights stay I never met anyone in charge (maybe they came only few hours during the day while I was out). But really this hostel need tighter controls over its property. I know that this is one of the most affordable places to stay in Stockholm, but what I experienced was just truly horrible in many ways. Someone in charge of the hostel need to be around more often.
The first rool I stayed in; a dorm. I was expecting a dorm so no fault there, but the beds were like 20 cm from each other. You shouldn’t put 8 beds into that room. Also, no lockers in that room. The second room I stayed in was much more spacious and had lockers. Though half of them didn’t work. How hard it is to fix them? When taking a shower, the floor drain didn’t work so the water was all over the place. How hard it is to clean the drain? On three different shower rooms, the thing you are supposed to dry the floor with, was broken. How hard it is to get new ones? There is no near enough kitchenware.
Supermarket across the street
Cramped rooms, way too small beds, too thin matresses (my hip laid on the bedplank), a tremendous amount of noise when the doors banged shut (both of our room and in the hallway, and this at least until 2 am), a tremendously smelly bathroom, toilet and shower in the same lockable room, one toilet+shower for 24 people. Didn't close an eye. We booked two nights, but ran away for the second night. Worst hostel I have ever been to.
