The room was excellent. The view to the arch was wonderful.
Parking. No self parking was full. Valet parking to expensive.. had to park somewhere else. You should include parking in price. Didn’t stay an extra day because of the parking expense.
Location, location, location! Right in the city centre, next to the arch! Also thanks to that, the views at the river and on the arch were spectacular. Size of the room was great too.
The place decoration is not totally up to date. Everything is clean and functional, but there are some signs of wear out. Definitely not contemporary design.
The staff were very friendly and took good care of us. I interacted with 5 or 6 different people.
The room was cold. No microwave. No power outlet on one side of the bed. Absence of convenience of turning lamps on and off. The switch is too high to reach when laying in bed. The food in the restaurant was poor but the service was very good.
When you go to the room, you automatically smell the clean room, everything was super clean and neat. I used the valet option and it was great having your car being pulled up and parked, you don't have to worry about such a small thing. The location was great because it was in the middle of downtown, everything is walking distance away.
I liked everything. No complaints
