We reserved a van and we’re given 2 cars instead. However, due to the inconvenience, the price was not honored and we were charged a significant amount more, along with being told our deposit was only a hold fee and it did not go towards our rental price. Then we were charged $24 each for local drivers license which we later looked up we’re not necessary The lady was polite but unwilling to help even though rental issue was their fault. We had no other options at the time to use another company on short notice

The guys up front were super friendly and assisted us quickly. The rental car was adequate for our needs and got us around. It was definitely an older model vehicle ( I’m thinking early to mid 90’s). I know it was carnival week and prices were a bit inflated, but overall I would use them again.

I never received the car because it wasn’t available and I haven’t been refunded the charge so I’ve paid $1200 for no car. No one will call me back so I’m reporting the charge as fraudulent through my credit card.

The car was an upgrade on the original - which was appreciated - what we hadn’t considered was the starting standard of cars on the island - it was functional and we were really looked after my the lady there

I will NEVER EVER use your services again. This was my first and last time. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the place was closed. They had no vehicle available and we got screwed. I've been warning people on every online platform regarding this.and I will not stop.

They did not have a car for us. Sent us to another agency that wanted to give us a bigger car. We ended up not renting a car which was not great for our vacation.

In Grenada, the car I received had no airconditioning. They tried to give me a car that was not what I ordered online. Car was functional. Do not expect the car to be like those in the Unites States. Also, I was due to collect the car at 8:30 am. The Hertz employee arrived at 9:00am. I had to call, as they were closed when I arrived. Do not book an early time for collecting the car. A $500 hold is also taken on your credit card. This information is not online. When I returned the car at 6pm, my scheduled time, the Hertz employee acted like he was irritated because I believe he wanted to go home early, or at 5pm. Not a good experience. The next time I will rent from a Grenadian rental car company.
