Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events at the Utilita Bowl, and some found the rooms comfortable and clean. However, many reviews highlighted issues such as tired or shabby decor, inconsistent service, and a need for refurbishment. Breakfast was frequently criticized for being overpriced and of poor quality, and value for money was a recurring concern. Cleanliness and service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and others as unhelpful. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location but falls short in several key areas.
