Good massage, but bad management everywhere
Worst service. Never get like this in 5 star hotels. You must pay even for parking - for every hour! For 2 days I payed 250 000 rupiah! People not helping, not resolve your problems but make new one. Security deposit for room. 4 million for 2 rooms - and now this money blocked, I will wait 2 weeks now to get them back. Deposit is only for security - if you make stain or broke anything. And everyone always checking you - did you broke something already? It’s not rest, not 5 star hotel. Not worth this money. In Nusa Dua many hotels much better!
The Rooms were very clean and confortable. The pipe system was good and room was smelling nice. The Beach was clean in front of the hotel, but no wow effect Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner options were extremly good, a lot of variety. The desert bar was incredible as well as the indonesian food.
I did not like the check in and check out processes. There is way too much manual work and everything takes for ages, staff completes a manual paper after manual paper and so on. At check in the wellcome drink is just water, in all other hotels in Bali we received ginger tea and fruits etc. Rooms become available starting with 15 o'clock which is a bit ridicoulous, and funny thing there were people complaining that they did not get their room at 15. At check in you get some paper vouchers with discount of 10-20% for lunch dinner etc, however we did not take those with us when having meals (as we are not in kindergartnen, and its the last thing i think about when i go to eat...) so we did not get discount. At checkout we presented the invoices and we claimed the discount - that was not possible. I find it totally stupid from a hotel you pay 350 euro per night. Additionally, there are some unicorns/flamingo floating things by the pool for children and adults - and guess what? you have to pay for them 20 euro per day to rent...and also sign a paper that you will pay for the thing if it gets damaged (and dont get me wrong, they were not new, but has stiches all over..) I went to Melia as well which is a 100 euro hotel per night, all of these are for free and all people can enjoy them in the pool. It cost approx 10 euro to buy one, but they rent i out to people, outrageous. The interior shops in the hotel are overpriced and the quality is so bad (e.g. dont buy the macarons)
Clean big rooms with excellent amenities
Buffet breakfast not different from the rest of the hotel i stayed
Pooln staff, gardens, quiet beach.
No water at the restaurant table
