Amazing grounds and beach!
The water closet in the bathroom smelt a bit like urine.
Beautiful, expansive resoet
All inclusive, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, lots of facilities
Breakfast was a bit limited/ expensive
All the restaurants were top notch.
Missed any sort of personalisation. Just a standard 5* hotel.
Club room worth it but could be better
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental Bali for my honeymoon. We had a club room and it was worth the extra expense. The service for club guests is taken to another level with the private pool, free non-alcoholic beverages all day, evening cocktails and a number of complimentary meals throughout the day.
The quality of the breakfast, afternoon tea and canapes was a bit of a let down given the high standards of everything else at the resort.
Consistently a great value
Spacious room and meticulously manicured property
