Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's strategic and central location, making it convenient for shopping, business, and city events. Many appreciated the city views and accessibility to malls and public transport. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several complaints about dirty rooms, unchanged sheets, unpleasant odors, and ongoing renovations causing dust and noise. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as helpful and friendly, while others were unaccommodating. Breakfast quality is generally acceptable but not outstanding, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location but needs improvement in cleanliness and some aspects of service.
