Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near shopping, food, and transit, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews express significant concerns about cleanliness, particularly with reports of cockroaches and dated facilities. Some guests found the atmosphere and room conditions less comfortable due to poor maintenance and lighting. While the value for price and service are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness and room updates are needed.
