The room was adequate, although it was a bit dusty and noisy. It was a busy weekend in Sioux Falls, SD and we were glad to find a hotel room for one night.
There was someone who was going in and out all night and then was banging on one of the doors on the first floor. The location is not good. Due to the construction, the entrance is almost blocked by streets blocking devices. The hotel should be used for clinic and hospital guests only. We asked if there was bus service and the clerk did not know.
Room was spacious, water pressure was good (though the showerhead was quite low).
If you arrive late, be prepared to park across the street at the strip mall, as the hotel lot is small and fills up quickly. Also, there is no elevator so expect to carry your luggage up one or two flights of stairs. Front desk staff was rude. The first room I checked into was dirty. Covers were pulled back, pillows were strewn all over the bed, bedspread was on the floor, and there was a key on the counter. Clearly hadn't been cleaned from the last guest. I had to call the front desk and they moved me across the hall and said "this room has an extra bed but I'll give it to you for the same price" like they were doing me some kind of favor when the first room they put me in was dirty! I picked this hotel because of the very high ratings, but I really don't understand why it was rated so well. I did not have a pleasant experience there.
