Pros (+) Reception sraff were very helpful and organised a ground floor room as Mum hurt her leg that day.
Cons (-) The hotel is being refurbished so the restaurant is closed and there is no 24 x 7 room service as stated. We arrived late due to busy day do were relying on room service. Wd made it with 5 mins to go. The brekkie was in the golf clubhouse. The window would not open as painted shut. The room itself was ok but view was of a building site. V expensive for lack of facilities.
