Pros: Staff were brilliant. Good rooms, All prestige.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room on to the plaza was to die for
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Superb location in the centre of Pamplona. Wonderfully historical and important building, very stylish and elegant interiors. Well appointed and spacious bedroom and bathroom with small terrace overlooking Calle Estafeta. Especially helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfasts.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: fantastic hotel that has been in operation for 300 years, yet very modern (with a classic touch) on the inside. Lovely staff, excellent rooms, large, great bed!!! good shower. Rooms perfectly insulated so hardly any noise from the big square on the front. Great breakfast served at the table.
Cons: the only drawback, though for most people unlikely, is when you get back to the hotel really late at night by car, you will have to park it yourself in the parking closeby (just a couple of minutes). But during the day/evening, the hotel staff parks the car for you (as the hotel is on a pedestrian area square) and also brings it when you need it, which is really nice.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good Camino stopover. Location is great. Really a nice clean place. Room was terrific. Great shower. Staff was super!! Very nice community area.

Cons: Hard to find, blink and you miss it, but see the pic of the doorway to help. If it's closed, there is a Comms button to the left of the door, press it and ask for entry. Go up a floor and all will be revealed (it's a shared entrance)

Pros: Its location is fantastic, clean neat and a great rest stop for Pilgrims on the Camino.
Cons: It's not really a big thing but the pkastic covered mattresses in the dorm rooms were a bit squeaky when you shifted on them....but it's the Camino and as a shared dorm it's something you need to expect
7.5 Good
Pros: Locatted in the old part of town, very vibey location.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: All staff so friendly and helpful
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great location, good breakfast.
Cons: Noisy pilgrim walkers getting up at the crack of dawn and making a ridiculous amount of noise to pack and be on the road early to start their walks. Not everyone in the room was there to walk, at least 3 of 8 weren't. I think the owners need to remind people staying to have some common courtesy when staying and stress that not everyone is in the same category of traveller as themselves.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ibai, the owner, is such a great person.. He provided me everything i needed and was very kind.. I loved staying in this hostel.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at this albergue on a rest day on the Camino. We were so delighted that it was quiet and spotless. The staff were really helpful and washed and dried our clothes for us and returned them to the room (€7). The showers were private with plenty of hot water. Kitchen was spotless and well equipped for cooking. There was free tea and coffee all night. Breakfast was a generous help yourself affair with bread, jams, cereals and yoghurts. Even had soya milk which was a wonderful surprise! Advice is to skip the dirty and overcrowded Jesus Y Maria albergue and secure a spot here to give you more time to walk if coming to Pamplona.

Pros: Everything was amazing!!! The lady at the front desk was a huge help with restaurant suggestions, directions to events and anything else we needed.
Cons: having air conditioning!!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Had a lot of useful extras. Room was very spacious.
7.1 Good
Pros: I liked that you could park right outside and the place was cheerful, clean and modern, with a great shower. The reception girl was lovely. But you need to know that this isnt really a "hotel" - it is some hotel rooms on the 1st floor of an appartment block with several floors of families living upstairs. Also there is no reception at night. The result of all this is that I couldn't sleep due to familes in their flats above watching TV and talking loudly til 1am. I had to have the window open (no aircon) so the noise was even louder. And then you can't complain because you can't exactly tell people in their own homes to be quiet. You might find that the double rooms overlooking the street are much quieter.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room was spacious and had a balcony what I haven’t expected. The bed really comfortable and I had a fan in the room. There’s a kitchen in the hotel you can use to prepare your own food and also a washing machine that can be used for free. breakfast. It was quiet
Cons: I have nothing that I could complain about. The staff was friendly and helped me. And my room was great.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean modern space with great shower
Cons: Not in a central area but I chose b/c close to Camino Way
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice staff, comfortable room
Cons: Breakfast was not very rich, not fresh smell in common zone
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: True story!!!: someone defecated in our shower drain(prior to our one nite stay) which caused the shower to back up. totally grossed out!!! severely tainted what was supposed to be a great 'running of the bulls' experience!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, great location to restaurants and the city centre.

Cons: The day of the check out the cleaning lady came three times between 11 and 12. She told me the reason was she was told I was leaving that day so she had to clean. 8.3 Excellent
Pros: I Didn't take the breakfast, it was too expensive, I did go out and there are a few places to eat around the hotel, also the parking is cheap, so that is good
Cons: The air conditioner didn't cool too much, 24-degree average, for me, that is too hot to sleep, also the bathroom wasn't that clean
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed at this hotel a few times and it would always be our preferred hotel when we return to Pamplona. Firstly, I really like the secure underground parking and that's something that is more difficult to find in more central hotels. The room is quite spacious and very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and for us it's a great location because it's not right bang in the centre where parking is difficult. It's a lovely stroll into the centre so for us that's a bonus. We didn't have breakfast as we prefer to do our own thing.
Cons: Nothing really. A kettle would have been nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was much better than I imagined and they had a great spread of pastries, bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, a yogurt bar, espresso machines.....well worth the money!
Cons: Not a lot of desirable options for room service food. At least for these two Americans :)
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very good - a good choice of hot and cold food with cerials, meats and pastries.

Pros: Location 10 minutes on No 12 bus to Pamplona old town. Bus stop two minutes walk and they run every 12 minutes. The off road parking in an underground at park. Nice helpful staff, good cafe and descent continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious and they are very proud of their heritage everything has the initials HA on. Nice and old school and wonderfully squeaky clean. Value for money.
Cons: Just personal the mattresses are quite hard and they have flat bolster pillows. So I would just say bring your own pillow.

Ee had a pleasent stay. The A/C was not working, maybe because the temperature was 15C, but as americans we love to sleep with the a/c. We opened the window and had a great sleep.
Cons: The pillows. European style, but nothing to worry about.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was good, quiet and people were friendly.Rooms were big and comfortable. The restaurant was not good because we were told that the chef was on vacation and the food had been cooked before and kept in the freezer so what we got was heated up..They also had half of what they offered in the menu, so this was disappointing.
Cons: Restaurant service and meal.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast great with a large choice of fresh fruits and sweets. The rooms were spacious.
Cons: The room seemed kinda old. The bed was not really comfortable for me. The AC was a bit hard to regulate and noisy.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a comfortable room with a nice view of the park . We stayed here for 4 days taking the bus to Olite and San Sebastian . A ten minute walk to the main street and from there took the bus to town or to the bus terminal As an alternative walking would be about 20- 30 minutes . You can park your car on the street for about Euro 2 .00 for 24 hrs or use the hotels garage for the price of 7 excellent coffee .
Cons: We liked everything.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was a good size.
Cons: The AC frankly didnt work and the initial reaction from reception was unsympathetic. The format of three single beds wasnt ideal as there was little space left to move around in the room. Was difficult to order a cooked option for breakfast and the buffet was uninspiring. Facilities showing their age. No gym?
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Advice to travelers to explore Pamplona.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: good location on Pio XII, easy walk into town; hotel is nice with friendly and helpful staff
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Far enough from the festivities to not feel overwhelmed with the chaos of the festival.
Cons: far walk to San Fermin festival. In July it gets really hot and there is no pool or lounge area outside.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was closer to the fiesta venue
Cons: It was not worth what we have paid because the interior of the room was damaged & we can see how it was not maintained. The room was small for the amount we paid. It is not value for money & was over priced. Definitely not staying next time with this price.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Close to food and convenience stores. A 15-20 min walk to the old town-city hall. There is also a bus nearby. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very helpful. There is a park right across the street and it is walking distance to the bus station (25 min). AC and wifi worked great.

Pros: good breakfast, underground parking at the hotel, friendly staff, good location, quiet room
Cons: the restaurant should be separate from the cafetaria.

Cons: I didnt like the smell of the moisturizing cream in the bathroom. Also i prefer comforters to blankets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and suggested us a lot of food joints and places to go around. Even though we didn't meet the owner we were in continuous touch she was very sweet to email me places to party and other details too.
Cons: There was nothing not to like in that apartment, everything was perfect.
