Pros (+) Management went out of their way to make our trip memorable - Thank you Andy, Rico, and Zak! At every turn, they were there to help. Also, Karme the concierge - Cannot get better in Shanghai! Location is amazing, while the hotel has a charm and luxurious feel.
Cons (-) Generally, difficulty with English. Room had a leak, and AC was not working, but the staff was quick to fix everything without question or delay!
