Seville Luxury Car Rentals

In Kayak I requested and was quoted two drivers and SUV (Toyota Yaris or equivalent). When I arrived at Enterprise I was offered a VW Polo, told Yaris isn't SUV but an 'economy' car and told I only had 1 driver for the price.

We picked the car up in Seville at the train station and drove out and not 5 kilometers, the low air pressure light came on. So we spent a week driving around southern Spain having to stop every 30 kilometers to get more air in the tires. Your agent must have known something was wrong with the tires, he went around and kicked all 4 tires and said they were OK, He did show us where the air repair kit was in the floor of the rear seat. The first car he wanted us to take had an empty gas tank. Awful experience.

Nice car, very comfortable and easy to use all the features. Staff was friendly and helpful. Picking up and returning at the train station was a breeze.

The entire service was very professional both at the pick up and drop off (Candella). Car was clean and very new. Eventhough the booking was done few hours before we arrived we didn't have to wait much.

When I arrived, the cost of the rental doubled due to insurance. This was not specified in the T&Cs. However, the staff were very understandable when I cancelled the rental.

Hertz Barcelona airport where we dropped off was, unfortunately, the worst rental drop-off experience we've ever had. We had a tire puncture and it destroyed a day of our rental trying to get someone in English to respond and fix it. We were told to bring it to the airport to exchange it because the technician said the tire couldn't be guaranteed not to leak and would be unsafe. We drove it right back and the attendant told us we needed to go into the airport to talk about an exchange. In the meantime, they charged 200 euros for the tire plus ADMIN CHARGE plus LOSS OF USE fee (not a fair price, but understandable as we had declined insurance) and then CHARGED 200 EUROS MORE for a "cleaning fee" because we had a couple of empty bottles and some crumbs in the car which NO ONE TOLD ME TO CLEAN (especially as, at the time, we thought we might be returning to that same car. It was very upsetting and no one at the desk cared. We had to pitch a fit to talk to the manager, who let us return to the car to clean it (a 2 minute operation of throwing empty bottle into the trash and shaking out the floor mats. I told the attendant in no uncertain terms that the courteous thing would have been to say "unless you take these bottles, etc. out, I will have to charge you." SO dishonest--I felt like they simply thought they could take advantage of an American whose Spanish isn't great. It ruined a lot of the day sitting in the airport office waiting for them to properly handle. In the end, I told them simply to refund me rather than getting me a new car because I preferred metro to seeing how they would take advantage of me the next time I returned a replacement car. I'm still waiting for the refund on the used portion of the rental. The Barcelona Hertz office gives the company (which I have otherwise found to be the TOP-rated rental in the US for service) a bad name!

It would be good to have more compact automatic cars available considering that cities like seville have very narrow streets and parking places quite small

They tried to bill me for additional damage to the car that I did not cause while only providing me a blurry photo. A very frustrating waste of time overall

I bought insurance but the counter person said the car was not insured so just to be safe I paid for insurance. $100 wasted. Horrible Experience.

Went I picked up the car I was told I was putting a deposit down on car and it would be return to me when I return the car in good condition. When I returned the car the guy at drop told me that it was a nonrefundable fee. The fees were $469 more then I was told about. This is ridiculous amount of money and way over what I was told I was gonna be paying which was $104. I am very upset and expected that this ridiculous charge should be dropped.

Vehicle was well kept, and had more amenities than expected. Staff was ok.

Smooth and efficient at both the pickup and the drop off. Excellent new car. Very pleased with the whole process.

They charged me double what was promised

pickup was really slow. we waited 1 hour to pickup the car. there was only 1 agent at location and he took about 15-20 minutes per person.

Car rental was unremarkable except that the office in Sevilla airport gave me a helpful information sheet on how to find the location in Madrid airport that was totally wrong. Wrong address. Wrong information. Two years before, the location had moved to a different address. This caused some serious distress in the hours before my scheduled flight. I found it eventually, but was pretty rattled. Customer service was mediocre. Locations both difficult to find and get to. Telephone never picked up. Would not rent from OK mobility again.
