Hotel Sercotel Doña Carmela

The hotel was very good and the staff very helpful. The free shuttle to Seville was very useful. It was nice being able to park in the hotel garage.

To reach the hotel garage, we had to drive a couple of yards into a one way street. This was the procedure and one of the staff assisted us. This was a little worrying!

Easy access by car from autovia and secure parking garage for minimal fee. Well appointed, very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful. Free shuttle to tourist center of town that runs on a regular schedule by reservation from 10 AM to 11 PM. Good buffet breakfast included in room rate and excellent dinner for a fixed price that was very inexpensive.. Safe deposit boxes available at desk at no charge. Free WI-FI throughout hotel.

Frequent student tour groups but management does a good job of keeping regular guests rooms and tour room apart. Even though there were 2 large groups it was not a problem during our stay.

Hotel staff were really helpful. Shuttle from/to airport and to city centre really efficient. Good breakfast.

I stayed only in the hotel to sleep at night and to rest from 1pm to 4pm and had a shower afterwards. Lunch and breakfast werre OK

It is a bit far from the city centre although transport is provided even when requisted outside normal timetable.
