Pros: The apartment are very comfortable, very good value that travel together with family. The overall apartment design is very good and good for gathering and interacting compare to stay at a hotel. We cook every morning before we go out for sightseeing, there are enough plate and also cooking utensil. The bed was comfortable and there are 3 toilets in the apartment which very convenient for big group

Cons: the TV didn't have EN channel only have Chinese and Korean channel. It's not suitable for those do not have car to travel to stay there. The Kitchen and other electrical goods do not have English, all with Korean difficult for those who don't operate the equipment before. If you are looking for good service and help from receptionist then this is not the place that you are looking for.

Cons: The photos deceive what you see outside. There was no patio furniture. Also the couch looked little dirty from last time it was used. Beds were little stiff for king. The tubs hands leaked a bit from the side when turned on. Place was difficult for taxis to find so save yourself some time and download Kakao Taxi app. Really helps get around

Cons: The hotel gave us so many face towels but no shower towels, at all. There was no iron & ironing board, heater was not working well, it was cold at night. There was no housekeeping services. But the view from hotel room is magnificient. Hotel was very clean.

Cons: - there is only one bed in the room, that in now universe what so ever can fit 2 people in it. - other beds are actually blankets, that you can set on the ground. So if you want an “Middle Age” experience, this is the hotel for you. - Rooms are not cleaned. I think this hotel provides no cleaning service.
