Good for business
Location was very good, between Sendai station and the Tohoku University where I was at for business. Relatively small room size is pretty standard for Japan but it was clean, comfortable and has enough space for me to complete some work in the late evening. The free internet was also sufficient for my needs.
Just a little more expensive than expected.
