everything, clean capsule, facilities, nice staff, the location is perfect. Nearby restaurants, stores, convenient stores are really...convenient.
at least provide water. No food policy means cleanliness but just plain water is fine.
This place is clean, quiet, and private. Near shopping
Very clean and convenient. There was a 7/11 just next to the place of stay and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. Tons of restaurants near by.
Prior to check-in, I came to drop off my bag and was greeted by a rather rude male staff member who kept interrupting my questions by saying “yes” rather than carefully listening to my questions and actually giving me an answer. The rest of the staff I encountered were female and were very polite and friendly.
The place was clean.
Found hair on my pillow after checking in the first night. The shower rooms are really dangerous when wet. It would be nice to at least have a towel or floor mat to steep on to dry feet instead of just making a wet mess. The pillow was uncomfortable. It would be nice to at least have more outlets in the capsule.
