Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's beautiful and tranquil location, often mentioning its proximity to lakes and hiking trails. The breakfast received high marks for variety, quality, and special touches like fresh local products and vegan options. Service was consistently described as warm, friendly, and accommodating, with hosts going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Many reviews highlighted the excellent dinners and overall restaurant experience, noting both taste and variety. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with rooms and facilities described as spotless and well-maintained. Some minor negatives included occasional noise, soft beds, or limited breakfast sweets, but these were rare and did not detract from the overall very positive experience.
